Sustainability is treated as a technical discipline rather than a marketing claim: every strategy is modelled, documented and defensible, because certification bodies, investors and occupants all eventually ask for evidence.
From Lagos, we advise across Africa on green building certification, energy efficiency, building performance and sustainability strategy. The work is collaborative by necessity: we sit alongside architects, engineers, developers and contractors as the technical conscience of the project.
